Good communication throughout the home purchase process. As many know purchasing a home can be stressful and having a great real estate agent is a must. With Heidi you get a team, her Co-agent Emma was also wonderful. If Heidi is not available Emma makes things seamless when touring homes and if any other issues arise if Heidi is not available which was very infrequent. Remember real estate agents have multiple customers and with Heidi I almost felt as if I was her only customer, Emma was one of the reasons why they works extremely well together as a team!

Heidi was Awesome. She is really connected to the area and has great marketing skills. She did an excellent job with the listing and sale of our property. Emma was Excellent as well.

Professional, knowledgeable and prompt communication. Heidi and Emma helped us sell our house between two hurricane events. The best service, communication and market intelligence. Emma even showed up to our closing on the same day as her own! Jenny the videographer was exceptional also. Heidi- Excellent Communication, Goes above and beyond! We have nothing but great things to say about Heidi. I found Heidi online based on reviews. My husband and I flew down from MN for 3 days to view homes. We had a whole list of homes that we wanted to view. She was so understanding. As we were looking at homes and identifying our likes/dislikes, she was continuously researching other listings to find us options that we would like. When we returned to MN, she did video calls showings with us, sent us pictures, performed our initial walk-through, you name it. Communication was excellent! Heidi made sure that we found the PERFECT house for our family. She went above and beyond! We are absolutely loving our new home in SWFL thanks to Heidi!

NY to FL relocation Heidi was great at helping us find a house in a specific area of North Port. We wanted to be in a neighborhood with sidewalks and family friendly atmosphere. We were not able to view the homes in person as we lived in NY. Heidi and her team were able to take us on video walkthroughs and helped us buy remotely.

A friend suggested Heidi to us and I'm glad that he did! We just closed on a property and working with Heidi and Emma Triplett was great. When I contacted Heidi on her website I was called immediately by Emma. I told her that we were interested in a lot next to our home that had just come on the market. Excellent Realtor. Heidee was great! I let her know what I wanted instead of just sending the typical MLS listing she also suggested other builders within my price range. Took one day to look and while looking Heidee went out of her way researching other homes for sale on the same block just to see if it was within my price range, which some realtors only want to stick with the few houses for the day and be done. Very disappointed in this realtor. We came down to look at houses and we did all the leg work. Heidi did not do much but let us in a few houses. When it came time for the final walk through we were in NY and couldn't even rely on Heidi (she was out of town) thank God for a friend of mine who met the realtor (Heidi's colleague) to do the walk through. I asked my friend to make sure all appliances worked and faucets worked as it was a few months later that we closed. Heidi's colleague told my friend she isn't allowed to do that. I felt like Heidi didn't deserve 1% commission let alone what she got. I mean she should be representing us and making this transaction go as smoothly as possible. I guess I'm comparing her to our OUTSTANDING realtor who sold our house in NY. She was phenomenal. Heidi not so much.

Best realtor! Buying a house can be a scary situation especially for someone like me who has never bought a property before by myself.
